To protect your privacy, Zircol.com does not store member passwords in plain text format. Instead, it encrypts passwords and stores the encrypted version. When you log in, the system encrypts the password you provide and compares this with the encrypted password stored in the database.

For this reason, we are unable to send out passwords to members who have forgetten them.

We also do not send a new password to members who have requested theirs to be reset.

Instead we send a login link (we assume you are the only person with access to your email). Clicking on this link will bring you to your user edit page where you can reset your password. If you don't set your password here, it'll remain unchanged.
